what can i do with tahini?

i mean, besides hummous. i have a huge jar of this stuff and i don't know what else its good for! suggestions, please!

Ive heard of putting it on pasta...maybe with salt and pepper? like a sauce

Make some falafel and use it instead of mayo. Yummy....falafel...

Make a sause by adding:

• olive oil
• salt
• garlic
• lemon juice
  and if necassary
• water to thin

It should be mostly tahini, but adding the other stuff makes it really yummy for lots of things... of course I can't think of any right now, lol!
Ok, maybe rice, stir fry, pasta (asian style?), toast (like do it garlic bread style and broil it),
Oh, just found a "recipe" of sorts...

• smashed, roasted eggplant
• tahini

• parsley
• lemon juice
• salt

It isn't in my handwriting and doesn't have any directions or a title, but it sounds promising, lol! Maybe a dip of sorts? But that's another idea, make dip! Or, toss some tahini on veggies (or meat?) and roast them... I'm just spitting out things as they enter my head and haven't really tried any of these things, but they sound good right?

ETA: I'm feeling really dumb. The eggplant stuff is baba ghanoush. It IS a dip at least!

ETA: Don't be scared of the VegWeb recipes if you aren't a vegitarian... almost all of the recipes can be altered and used with cows milk, butter, cheese, and with meat added (if aplicable, lol).

I use it as a sandwich spread with all-fruit strawberry jam for DD. She LOVES it!

Personally, I never tasted it. But it's made from sesame seeds, which have a peanut-y taste anyway, so that's how I came up with that combo.
