made four more loaves today this time i made oatmeal bread. this bread was a little sticky but ended up to be easy to work with, divide up and put in the loaf pans. after it rises i'm going to brush the tops with egg and sprinkle some oatmeal on the top of each loaf. since the kids will be at school this week i'm hoping to have a chance to make another 4 loaves...
