Has anyone tried this?

We don't eat pork so most items containing gelatin are out for us. It's just so hard to know the source of the gelatin. Dh was at the library and found a book that had homemade marshmallow recipes and other gelatin based recipes. They used something called Chill Over. Here's the site: http://products.maryjanesfarm.org/pf...roductID=43502

Has anyone tried this and had success with it? Does it taste gross?

Re: Has anyone tried this?

nope, but I'm sure about to try! thanks!

I have used agar-agar in the past, but in the old-fashioned form which is more work to work with. it does do a good job, but jello was all I've tried. LOL!

/vegan missing certain foods.
