Diaper Swappers

Ok so this might be TMI, but lately I have been working on changing my diet and I have been having a lot of gas. I am trying to find something I can take for it, but everything I look at says to contact a DR. Well, it is Sat and being on military insurence I don't have a regular OB/GYN anymore - so I dn't really have anyone specific I can call. What can I take to settle my stomach and get rid of the gas?
