Setting up iTrader for feedback?

I am a new user here, but I have already been starting to make purchases from other mamas. One of them contacted me today after receiving my payment - she said she wanted to leave me feedback since the transaction went well, but said she couldn't find my registration for iTrader?

Is there something additional that I need to set up so that people can leave feedback for me. I feel bad for anyone that might be worried about sending their items to me since I am so new - anything I can do to make sure people know I am legitimate would be great. Please let me know how to make this right.
