My kids are currently "skiing" around the house (hardwood floors) with maxi pads on their feet!!!! I got the idea from the "What do you thriftily clean your floors with" thread in Thrifty Families. It's HILARIOUS! They're having a blast and the floor is getting polished.

If your kids are bored, you have a non-carpeted floor somewhere in your house and have a few maxi pads lying around, TRY IT! They (and you) won't be disappointed!!

LMAO!! My 13yo used to do this when she was about 5-6 yrs old.. I was mortified when I found out she had the pads stuck to her the bottoms of her feet and she said they were her special slippers she 'found' in the bathroom cabinet! Brings back memories! LOL!
