Only 6 weeks with DD

I wanted to nurse for at least 6 months but had so much trouble with DD that I had to SLW.

I really plan on it turning out better with #2.

I went 16 months with my first, 20 months with my second, 19 months with my 3rd and plan to nurse this baby until close to 2, unless I am pregnant again. All were weaned around the 5th month of the next pregnancy. I didn't really have any milk left and it HURT. My cousin tandem nursed and she was constantly nursing so I was too scared to try.

DS just self-weaned at 18 mos.

I plan on nursing at least a year, no longer than 2 years.

I breastfeed my first for only 4 months, I was young and naive. I breastfeed my second for 2 1/2 years, and plan to breastfeed my 6 month old atleast until she is 2, but no later than 3 years old hopefully

I wasn't exactly sure what CLW meant so I chose other. I want to do it as long as she wants to do it. We're at 6 mo. now so hopefully we have a lot longer to go. I like it. As bad as this sounds I have been sad that she has started trying solids because I know she's going to nurse less and less now

My first 2 went for a year each and I self weaned them myself which I regret now. With this new one I'm going for at least 2 years, we'll see when we get there, maybe 3.

I breastfed my oldest till she was 26 months (when baby sister was born, I didn't know anything about tandem nursing) and weaned my youngest a few weeks before her 3rd birthday. It depends on the temperament/frequency of nursing the child.
