Re: You know you may be raising "crunchy' kids when...

Oh these are cute!

...my oldest DS sat next to me in the first few weeks of me nusring DS2 and "nursed" our cat.

...DS1 asked if DS2 was going to 'wear plastic diapers' like he did when he was a baby. (I knew nothing about the world of cloth diapering 4 years ago, so DS1 wore sposies)

...And I am def raising crunchy kids when my LO races me to the mailbox to see if we have "fluffy mail diapers"... and hes so dissapointed when we dont have fluffy mail! DS1 is as obsessed w/ diapers as I am!

Your five year old gets ridiculously excited over the "new" cloth wipes you just made her.

-when your DD (21 months) pulls a soda can out of the trash (that was accidentally thrown in) and proceeds to move it to the recycling bin

-when your 10 week old starts to fuss, and your 2.5 yo says, "mama, Braden needs a boobie"

HAHAHAHAHA that is priceless!

... when your 20 month old helps sort recycling and gets it right.
... when you have to hunt wipes down becuase they are all on stuffies as diapers.
...when your toddler looks confused upon seeing a baby doll that has a play bottle. ( this is her at that )
...when they would rather pick up horse poop with their bare hands than watch tv (my dd does this )
...when they insist on wearing their baby dolls

OK I've thought of a few...
-My daughter always asks if she can touch a spray bottle or cleaner she doesn't recognize if we're out somewhere, and says, "oh, does it have CHEMICALS in it?"
-we were at a friend's house for a play-date, and my friend's daughter came to me and told me Amie was breastfeeding her baby (doll) in their bath tub and wouldn't come out!
-my mother brought over 2 swimsuits for my daughters (those body suits that protect a little better) and my almost 3 yo daughter asked "Are they organic?!?" too funny...

When your 3 yo goes to daycare and switches all teh diapers on teh babies to cloth ones, LOL. I love that they have te option but she get angry at her friends and tries to throw the sposies in teh garbage.

Oh and she get really upset when daddy doesn't recycle and has requested that he take things out of the garbage and put them in the Blue bag

When the boobie slides out of your lo's month and her big sis picks it up and puts it back in. (My head was turned while I was reaching for something.)

These two are hilarious! I can image my kid saying something like that.

That's brilliant! I'm gonna have to remember that. (My dd is 17 months now.)
