At what age did your LO start wearing deodorant?

When dd developed pubic hair at 9 months (!!!) and later, BO, we did lots of blood work, and the endocrinologist says my dd has a hormone imbalance that will need to be monitored but can't really be fixed right now. You will want to know that there's nothing wrong, and you can't know that without seeing a specialist, IMO.

Also look into family history. Early puberty runs in my family- I had BO from a young age, so says my mother, and got my first AF at 9. My cousin had pubic hair at 5. To deal with the BO I just bathe her more often, as I don't think deodorant at this age makes any sense at all.

For those people dealing with signs of early-onset puberty (pubic hair, BO, etc), there was a thread a few months ago about this, and a few people reported that they reversed early puberty in their LO by switching to a hormone-free/organic diet, especially with respect to meat & dairy products. Don't have the link, sorry, but you may want to look into it.

Omg! That must have been scary! So sorry about your DD's imbalance, I'm sure it's an upsetting problem to deal with.
