I just bought two sherpa prefolds to use as inserts for my pockets. They are totally repelling water and I have washed them twice in hot. ANy ideas why they are doing this and what I can do to fix it?

Hmm, that's odd. I'd suggest keep washing them in HOT, and perhaps try some vinegar?

Ya, i thought it was odd too! I bought them off fsot but I thought they were new. I have never heard of sherpa repelling!

Should I try boiling? Vinegar in the wash or rinse?

Maybe someone used polyester sherpa?
