Question BPA free bottle recommendations for ebf baby?

Hey Mamas!
I don't post on this forum as much as I should but I had a question- I gave my 7 month old his first bottle about a week ago (1 ounce apple juice and 2 ounces water) and have given him another since but I just thought to look up the bottles I have- I think I bought them when DS3 was a baby (he refused bottles all together)- and I only have 2 but I found out they have BPA in them
http://gruntlings.com/reviews/feedin...comfi-bottles/
so I need a couple bottles that DS4 will like that are BPA free.
Any suggestions?

We use Nuby bottles for expressed breast milk--I am pretty sure they are BPA free

Glass bottles are the safest choice. If you can't find them locally, try online....they have become suddenly hugely popular here in Canada, especially now that our government has announced a ban on bpa in baby bottles.

My granddaughter uses Adiri. It's the only bottle she'd take after being b*****.
Just get a lower flow one b/c bf babies have stronger sucking.

FYI, I've seen the glass (cheap) baby bottles at both Walmart and BRU, and I'm pretty sure there is a variety of choices but definitely at least one (I want to say Gerber is the cheap, easy-to-find, variety).

we use medela, but DS has taken it from 1 month old, and doesn't refuse bottles. We used to also use Avent, but the ones we have have BPA, so I stopped using them. Although Avent now has a "born free" version that is BPA free. Good for them! Finally!

Thanks Mamas! I'm leaning toward glass- I think I may have an old evenflo? one up in the attic- I'm sure it would need a new nipple but that would be a cheap solution. I would like to have 2 or 3 bottles though.

I have several Avent that came with my pump- wasn't there a way to exchange them at BRU?

Maybe it was the Evenflo variety I saw at the stores. They actually came in 3-packs for pretty cheap...definitely under $10.

Re: BPA free bottle recommendations for ebf baby?

BRU has plastic BPA-free ones in 3-packs for $2.99
http://www.toysrus.com/product/index...ductId=2919699

And 6-packs of glass ones for $9.99
http://www.toysrus.com/product/index...ductId=2864794

I'm pretty sure Walmart has similar deals.
