Should it take this long?

My DD weaned her self at 18 months. (She just turned two). I still have milk... not tons, but enough. Is that normal and how can I make it go away?

I was actually going to post a question about this. Its been over 5 months since I have stopped and had no problems with the "still having milk" feeling but recently I feel like there is some and there is something going on? Not pregnant, could it still be there?

I don' know if it is nrmal or not. I let my DD wean about a month ago and now regret it.. I definitley don't have much milk left at all..I only get a few drops if I try to pump and she refuses to nurse....sigh

4hisglory- It's normal to get a lot less milk when pumping than when having your child at the breast. If you continue to offer the breast before your DD eats or drinks anything else, she may be more inclined to nurse. You can build your milk supply back up again. It won't happen over night, but you can try it.
