Any ideas what to use

My DD's therapist said that I should get her some kind of necklace to bit on when she is frustrated. She is 9 and yes she bites herself and things when she is mad. (I have to admit that when I am very frustrated I bite my finger so I know where she gets it). I have know idea what to get he said maybe a teething ring but she is like im not bringing that to school. Any help would be great.

I'd get something like this and string it on a leather or hemp strap. You can do a basic slip knot closure and attachment (basically make a loop in the leather, wrap around the ring, and pull the loose ends of the leather through, then overlap the loose ends about 6 inches, tie a knot in one end that encases the other loose end and repeat on the other side.

You could also try a wooden or leather bracelet.
