bump is the one that I am having trouble finding out the meaning.

Bump is not an abbreviation its a word, "bump up". What peeps do to bump up their fsot- for sale or trade threads of their DD's- darling daughters or DS- darling sons diapers or other goods.
Mamas on here may be ISO- in search of certain WAHM - work at home mom wares/diapers such as goodmamas.
