I was trying to update/edit some posts about sold items and it doesn't let me edit the title? or am i doing it wrong...? Or can we not do that on the new board?

Click the "go advanced" button after you have clicked to edit it.

I think.....let me go see if that is what that button is called!

ETA: Yes, that is what it's called. It will allow you to edit your title and give a reason for the edit.

That dosn't work. I have tried it over and over again with something I have sold and it only changes the title in your thread it will not change the title in the forum.

It may need time to update.....

I just got approved on the co-op board and I started a new thread and it won't show up either. I guess they are put into a queue (SP?) and the mod's are to watch them.

For regular posts it may have something to do with your cookies or the system. Give it a while, login or log out and then check on it.

Unfortunately, thats just how the editing works - doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I guess I could have missed a setting somewhere, I'll have to check.

But yes, I've worked out a solution, haven't gotten to it yet though - it'll be time consuming so maybe I'll do it later tonight
