Im boring....I just toast 2 peices of white bread then let them cool and put some mayo on and cold turkey Boring but good!

My granny always made turkey salad to put on sandwiches. I can't remember what she always put in it but if you look up turkey salad on recipeezar you'll get alot of good recipes:

Turkey sandwhiches and turkey chili. We didn't have a lot left over because we only cooked a breast since it was just DH and me and the kids

we had bbq sandwiches last night. but i have done what we call "turkos" tacos. and turkey enchalada(sp)/burritos. if you simmer in sauce long enough it doesnt matter if its chicke n or turkey. imo

Re: what are you doing with all your leftover turkey?

I'm actually roasting another turkey today. I froze all the leftovers from our Thanksgiving turkey because we left for the weekend Thurs. night. My DH loves turkey sandwiches so I'm roasting one just for that. We'll have turkey/bacon/ranch on crusty rolls tonight!
