Well it "stands" for Excellent Used Condition, but what it "means" can vary from person to person. It's better to describe the actual condition of different parts of the diaper than to try to fit the overall diaper into Excellent, Very Good, or Good, because people have different ideas as to which qualities make a diaper Excellent versus just Good.
