Re: Almost 3 DS potty troubles

Good Luck to you, too! Today, I have had 3 successes and 4 misses so far. I only have two pairs of cotton trainers that he likes, so not enough to make it through a day. Are you finding that the girls are easier? Two years ago, my preacher's daughter was in town for a little over a month and needed a sitter. She couldn't put them in day care because her almost 4yr old DD wasn't PT yet. They would take the DD2, but she didn't want to split them up. I kept them for 5 weeks and told her to bring the DD that was almost 4 in panties and a change of clothes. She was skeptical, but I had that child completely trained in a week. We had an accident every Monday, but she was great the rest of the week for the next 4 weeks that I had her. Her little sis refused to even get near the potty, so I didn't push her. I would definitely say that potty training a child who is almost 4 was a lot easier than potty training an almost 3yr old.
