I've been walking at least once a day, only for about 15-20 minutes up and down my street :-)

When I get home I do about 40 wall push-ups and leaning with my back against the wall, doing some squats.

If you have a pool and are in warmer weather...swimming or just moving around in water is great too!

I did everything while pregnant that I did when I wasn't. I just avoided too heavy of weights and any ab crunches(can make a diastema worse). I did cycling, free weights, cardio classes. If you did it before you can still do it just be careful to not get your heart rate out of control. Good luck!

Honestly, I use an app on my phone called "Pregnancy Workout". You can buy it but I ended up just getting the free version which only has one workout you can do per trimester (it goes by trimester). Walking is good. You might consider prenatal yoga too - they have either in a studio or there are some free ones online. Just make sure you pay attention to your body and how you're feeling when you're exercising.

I did prenatal yoga classes and prenatal water aerobics classes. Both were fantastic!

I found gentle yoga, going swimming and regular walks really helpful in strengthening my body and preparing for labour.
