Hmmm, I've had 3 babies and have lost mine every time within a matter of 2 weeks. Two of them I was nursing during that time frame, one of them I was not and it still went away so I'm not sure it makes a difference for me. Now, that is not to say that my body is back to "normal". I will always have some stretch marks and my skin is not tight like it once was but the "jelly belly" definitely goes away. Maybe its harder for some people than others I'm guessing.

Awesome idea, I will play along...I just need to take a pic and figure out how to upload it. Im totally okay with my post baby body-flab/stripes and all-maybe even a little too okay-DH gets upset, believe it or not, that Im okay with my saggy boobs and flabby stomach-lol (even though Im the exact same weight as pre baby Im thinks he fears I will let myself go ). The way I see it is that I can be miserable over something that I cant change, or accept in and be happy!

Re: Post-partum belly photos

I'm not going to lie, I am very excited about my shrinking belly

Last belly pic, day early labor started...

After having my biggest baby yet 9lb 3oz, baby #6 I'm really happy with my shrinking thus far..

Here I am now 12 days postpartum...

Don't mind the messy bathroom... new baby and we're all recovering from a bad cold.
But yeah, I was 105 lbs. when I became pregnant, when I delivered I was 139, I am currently 118... I figure by 6 weeks pp I should be at (or very close to) my pre-pregnancy weight, if not sooner! So exciting!!!

Re: Post-partum belly photos

^ I can tell you my pregnancy #4 and especially #5 I did not look so blessed lol. I gained way more weight and it took longer to come off .. So this pregnancy I was determined to not... ehhh... blow up lol. I cut down sugar dramatically and I did prenatal yoga and pilates about 5 days a week, alternating between the yoga and pilates.

That's why I'm really excited to see the weight melt off, I worked real hard this pregnancy to not go crazy with my weight as my previous pregnancies did.. and my hard work paid off

eta: work outs I used:
shiva rae pregnancy yoga
10 minute solutions prenatal pilates
erin o'brien prenatal work out
