Mmmmmm sweet pot casserole is always a hit I make mine with pecans and mini marshmallows and real (not canned) sweet potatoes. I've only made it once though It came out really good though!

As for the corn casserole...that sounds yummy! I've made it before, when we were low on food and it was tasty

you take a bag or oreos and crush them up.. so they're more like crumbs. add in 8 oz of cream cheese and mix well then roll them up into balls. you can put them in the refrigerator and let them harden. melt some white or milk choc chocolate chips and dip them in the chocolate one at a time. put them on some parchment paper to and sprinkle them with whatever you'd like to decorate them. I do either sprinkles.. sugar sprinkles.. or you can do chopped nuts :]
