CD "starter package"

A friend of mine has expressed interest in CD'ing, so as a Christmas present i'd like to get her a "starter kit" for diapering. what website can i order from so I can get a couple diapers in a package that are good for first-time users?

Well it depends on what your wanting to give her to test. You can get a two pack of BGOS at target for $25. Or spend $10 at Babys Organic Nursery (dotcom) for a PF, liner and cover OR for a fitted, liner and cover. Or Motherease (.com) has a tester package for around $25. You could also do a couple of FB for around that price. Walmart has Kushies AIO (online) 5 for $30.

Re: CD "starter package"

IMO I'd get a couple of AIOs as a starter unless you know that she is completely gung ho about CD. If she's just curious and is starting to consider it, that's the best way to convince her that it's really not that difficult. It's how I sold my family on this being a good decision versus another kooky idea.

How much will she want to spend at first? I would recommend a couple pockets, fitted, prefolds, and diffrent covers. Have enough to last about 2 days. After a couple cycles...then start investing in the ones that she loved the most. She could sell the ones she did not like on here and use that money to put towards the ones she does like. I have make up sample packs to what a customer wants if you are interested just pm me.

It depends on what you want to give her. I you want Thirsties...I have all my Thirsties packages on sale this week...including prefold/cover packages and the thirsties fab fitted/cover pack. The fab fitteds/covers are a great starter pack because they are so easy to use.
