What do you do with your beans?

I finally got around to soaking and cooking up the two bags of beans I bought (black beans & kidney) but now I'm not sure what I want to do with them. I want to make some quesadillas do I just kind of mush them up first and spread them on? Any ideas on "hiding" some in other recipes? Dh won't eat them if he can actually see them in something.

are you using cheese with them in the quesadillas? if so I wouldn't mush them up for that. I'd just sprinkle them on and put the cheese on top. if you're doing no-cheese then mush the black ones but not the kidney.

you could puree them up and mix with burgers or into lasagne pretty easily.

I toss beans into most any kind of soup. We love kidney and black beans in green salad. I don't know much about hiding them,we eat all types of beans in our home.

We use them in salad too. Or, make your own burritos. Make chili. Our favorite is 4 bean salad. Thats really easy and our DD loves it because it just tastes like italian dressing. Another one our DD loves is black bean casserole. Or you can make a bean dip w/ salsa, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream,....
