Garlic is good for you and has lost of health benefits...but I will warn you that if you eat too much, you can begin to smell like garlic. Your sweat will literally smell like garlic. However, My grandfather ate 2 cloves of garlic everyday for most of his life and lived until he was 98. He always said that he lived so long because of the garlic!

The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, For children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow. So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.

Me and my dad are huge garlic fans.

My favorite is roasting whole garlic bulbs with some olive oil drizzled on them. Then you squeeze out the garlic like a paste onto bread. Mmmmm. . . .

OMG. I LOVE garlic, and this is really depressing to me because I live with my in-laws right now and my FIL puts up a huge stink EVERY time I cook with it! He says it bothers his eyes and he can't stand the smell. So now I have to suffer and used powdered garlic..yuck!

I LOVE garlic!! I easily go through a head of garlic every couple of days or so, I cook with it in almost everything whether it calls for fresh garlic or not.

Cut of the pointy part to expose the cloves. Put it on the pan stem side down. Drizzle with olive oil and roast!

Yum, me too!
We live in west China, and people here are always eating raw whole cloves along with dinner or a pickled clove with lunch... I'm not THAT addicted yet!
