I'm not sure this will help, but it helped me...we shut off the TV because our 2 dd's attitude was

The difference was so drastic within 2 weeks, we just decided to never turn it back on...

We do watch family movies together on occasion (1 or 2 a month), but they have 0 access on their own to just go and turn it on whenever they feel like it.
