Toddler Poop Question

DD is 14 mths old and has never been a great pooper. She was a once a weeker while breastfeeding and now that we are trying to move into solids it's all over the place. It can be basically water to very runny most of the time. Sometimes what goes in comes back out the same way, we are into finger foods. The question - Last week she had the last of her pears and carrots purees(she is now refusing them) But yesterday carrots came out. And before that she had seeds that looked like what you would have with bananas, she hasn't had bananas in over a month. Does it really take that long for things to move through? She has other issues we are working with neuro and such and seems to have quite an issue with her tummy that no one can figure. Just an can this be normal question? She already has an appointment with her ped in the beginning of Jan.
