Night time diapering solutions please

So I'm looking for your best night time diaper set ups. DS is 9 months old, and I started putting him in disposables at night because he is a heavy wetter and he was waking up because of his diaper. However, I think because he's started sleeping a lot longer (he's now in his night time get-up for 11 or even 12 hours) he's developed a rash, and the disposables, even though I use 7th generation, are definitely an irritant, IMO. So I want to put him back into cloth at night, but I don't want to sacrifice the glorious sleep we've both been getting.
During the day we use prefolds (PUL or fleece covers) and we have a few HH pockets (no inserts--I just use the pfs for that), but I'm def. willing to invest for a good night solution.
Thanks!
Jennifer

The only diaper that works for my heavy wetter is the Very Baby Simply Nights....you can find them at tallulah baby.
The rise is a little shorter than my other dipes because of all the fluff. Order up a size imo.

I just went to the website--do you have a closure preference (snaps or aplix)?

ITA with the Simply Nights (obviously)! Definitely size up as PP said. I think the closure is really preference. Some people prefer side snapping to get a better thigh-fit.

I love, love, love VBSN's! I get mine from Bumblebuns.com - I prefer side snapping for a better fix. Front snapping did work well for a while though. Aplix I didn't like, when the dipe was super soaked it would just open right up.

I use a L FB (she wears a PT during the day) with a green acre designs insert and another regular insert. Works well for us. That's what I've been doing since 12 mos when I started.

Also, we had to quit using powder because that caused a rash. I have used the disposible liners as well as just a cloth wipe as a liner to apply diaper cream so I didn't wreck the diaper.

i have 2 different bullet-proof night time solutions. either a VBSN with longies or a pocket dipe (we use FB or MT) with a leo baby mighty night insert... both of these have worked wonderfully for us.

You can get the leo baby insert on hyena cart, the store name is leo baby.

Good Luck!

How does the vbsn fit? Right now I have Sage is either an OV mutt or a OV DreamEZ with a miocrofiber towel under the soaker and an Aristocrat wool soaker. I also put a fleece liner in to keep her skin dry. She is dry, bed and jammies are dry, but it is so thick on the back of her butt that she can't sleep on her back!

Thank you so much ladies. I went on ISO to find some used VBSN's, and I think I found a couple! I'll report back once I get them.
