Re: non meat, dairy, soy recipes please?
ideas:
*stir fry veggies with rice and chick peas for protein. *flour tortillas (corn or wheat--costco has dairyfree in the refrigerated section--not cooked yet) with beans, veggies, avocado, etc. *split pea soup with frozen mixed veggies in it. *fruit crisp with oats, coconut, etc on top. *oven roasted potatoes with olive oil/rosemary on them. *potato/kale/broccoli soup (thicken with corn flour/nutritional yeast to be "cheesy") *mashed butternut squash mixed with corn. *lentil/oat veggie burgers (pair with guacamole as a sauce to boost nutrition)

Re: non meat, dairy, soy recipes please?
Look for vegan recipes...maybe search for some recipe websites. There are often soy-free recipes, and being vegan would be dairy, egg and meat free. I have a few recipe books by Nava Atlas that are vegetarian (still may use egg or dairy) but most have dairy free options.
I really recommend looking into a book about vegetarian/vegan nutrition, as that is what your diet is essentially. I have a book called "Becoming Vegetarian: The Complete Guide to Adopting a Healthy Vegetarian Diet" by Vesanto Melina & Brenda Davis. It's excellent for giving suggestions on how to get all the nutritional requirements. It also has a great section on raising vegetarian/vegan kids- assuming your LO doesn't outgrow her sensitivities.
