Diaper Swappers

Ok, so we are having a new year's party and I need your opinion on if I have enough food and if not, what else should i add to the mix.

The theme is a Mexican Fiesta- and there are going to be about 15 adults, and about 10 toddlers.

Here is what I have so far:

Sodas- 5 3 liters
Fajitas- 15 pounds of chicken/beef
Tortillas- 60
Shredded Cheese
Queso Dip
Salsa
Guacamole
2 large bags of chips
Fajita Veggies
A pound of refried beans
Chocolate chip cheeseball (a dippable desert type thing served with cookies)
Stuff to make margaritas

Do you think that will be enough food?

How large are the bags of chips? Maybe get one more if they aren't huge.

Got any sour cream? Anything for the kids to drink other then pop?

Oh yeah I forgot about the sour cream- I have it, but I don't touch the stuff so I was blocking it out. LOL I have juice and milk for the kids

I figured it would be more interesting than a regular new years party- we are decorating the house with fiesta stuff and I got a pinata for the kids.
