I have been working hard, as we've hit the 38 day mark. Gulp.

What's still on your list to do?

Mine:
install carseat bases
put together crib
paint bookcase
remove the last of MY belongings from the room
purchase extra toiletries for post-partum period
pack hospital bag
mail in hospital paper-work
put together the contact list (email and phone)

Eick, I have 33days until I am due! That went by FAST!

I have to:

Order my Birth Kit, Birth Pool & Ball on Thursday from www.everythingbirth.com

Buy a Co-Sleeper (for diaper changes and that fun stuff, since he will be sleeping with us) & a few little baby items

Install Car Seat base

I think that is it!

I have been mega procrastinating. Here is my to do list:

Decide on a pediatrician
Pre-register with child care provider
Sew curtains for nursery
Finish baby quilt
Make and freeze meals for after the delivery
Pack the hospital bag
Create the call list
Decide on birth announcements

I am sure there is more...

Waay too much to do:

Pack bags (thanks for the pad reminder, hubby picked out the worse ones last time )
Buy and install carseat
Set up bassinet in my room...and clean my room (clothes everywhere )
Get going home outfit
Order replacement parts for breastpump (just incase I need it)
I have a ton to do in his room, but I'm not stressing that now.

I KNOW there is more to do...

this is turning out to be a really useful thread... there are things that I'd forgotten I needed to do that the rest of you remembered!!! Great! Thanks for the reminders!

Oh, I have so much to do and no energy to do it. Hopefully, now that the holidays are over I'll be more motivated.

1. Transition Savannah to "big girl room" (Dh needs to move crib to her new room and we just ordered her mattress for her big girl bed so we'll pick that up this weekend. Then I need to start putting her in the big bed for naps and such)
2. Figure out the car seat arrangement in the cars
3. Get bassinett from SIL (my dh's father made a basinett for my BIL and was planning on making one for each one of his children but unfortunately he died so we've been passing it around with each new baby)
4. Get newborn clothes down from attic and wash (my mom is coming to help in 2 weeks)
5. Clean/Transfer all of Savannahs clothes/stuff from nursery to big girl room (again, mom to help in 2 weeks)
6. Finish dipe shopping for newborn (can't get my hands on orange edged prefolds)
7. Set up birthing room (midwife coming at 36 week appt for home visit and bringing tub)
8. Order birth kit
9. Make more meals and freeze
10. Make sure video camera battery is charged and new batteries in camera

Thats enough for now. I know there's more, I just can't think right now!

havent started a thing...the babys room has been a catch all room since we moved in our new house, what a mess

need to look at pump and make sure still have all the pieces
install carseat base (DH job -the seat has been in the car, just needs to be secured)

write list of instructions for my mom who will be staying with Quillian.
