I have one last idea. Do you have any experienced bottle feeding Mommies/Grandmoms around? If so, have them come over at feeding time, you leave, not just the room but the whole house (go for a walk), and have them offer the bottle. For a long time, the sitter was the only one who DS would take a bottle for (after fighting taking it from her for months). He would starve himself when left with my parents or sister.

Have you tried the regular "old school" type nipples. By that, I mean the ones that have been around for decades, not the ones that are marketed as being like the breast. I think that Gerber might be the brand name.
