Mix eggs up and add milk. Dunk bread into it and cook on a griddle. You can add vanilla if you like. Easy Peasy! And OH SO YUMMY!

I'm not responding "quick"

but I recommend (in addition to a little bit of vanilla) a pinch of nutmeg. Sooo yummy! I love French toast!

Wish I had a loaf of bread in the house right now... *rumble in the tummy*
