recommend a beginner's canning site?

I've found several canning sites online but I'm clueless and overwhelmed.
I'm looking for a good site for beginners that's easy to follow. I'm starting from scratch, here. I don't even have any jars yet!

Re: recommend a beginner's canning site?

my favorite place to go that helped me get started a few years ago (I started with jam and sketti sauce) is:

pick your own

http://www.pickyourown.org/allaboutcanning.htm

I really like this site because it also gives me local farms where I can pick my own stuff. My family LOVES hitting up local places and exploring new things!
