selling testers?

Can y'all help me with ettiquette for selling testers? I LOVE my tester, but dd is growing out of it. Can I say the WAHM who made it? Is it bad karma to sell my tester?

if you just say what you just said that would probably be fine. I'm not sure about saying the WHAM name though, I'm not sure what the 'rules' are as far as that goes but if you say how you LOVED it, I would bet that the WHAM wouldn't mind her name mentioned. (I'm not a WHAM thought so I'm not sure)

Well since I am a sorta WAHM I wouldnt mind that at all, I think if you love it and you ask if you can mention her name I think its all good JMO

I wouldn't care if you sold a tester that was mine, as long as it wasn't what you paid and it would be a perk if you mentioned the wahm that you bought it from.

I wouldn't care if someone sold one of my testers, just as long as it is stated as a tester. my testers definately weren't as good as my products now.

ITA. I also think the name of the WAHM should be stated so the buyer knows what they're getting.

I don't see why you couldn't mention whose tester it was. I actually have a few testers in my stash that were not originally tested/owned by me. It is imperative that you mention that it was a tester. I actually purchased a Luxe on ebay that was a tester and not mentioned at the time. Boy was I ticked. It's still a wonderful diaper, but it isn't worth as much because it is a tester.

It is also bad diaper karma to sell something for more than you paid for it. Granted if you tested for someone who has become hyena, then you could probably get more than you paid. But, keep that in mind as you go to sell - pass the good joojoo along.
