Smoked Tofu Recipe

I love smoked tofu, but I only have one recipe for it and DH is getting tired of eating it. Any ideas?

I've never had smoked tofu but I LOVE baked tofu.

My fave recipe is:

1/2 jar of teryaki basting glaze
1 extra firm package of tofu cubed

Marinate tofu for about 30 minutes.

Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. Pour tofu and glaze on sheet.
Bake at 300 for on hour, stirring with a spatula every 15 min to avoid sticking. Refridgerate and serve cold or rewarm.

You end up with a really meaty dense texture and great flavor. Good on salad or in stir fry.
