hot chocolate mix recipe

I am looking for a really good hot chocolate mix recipe. I drink hot chocolate every morning in my coffee and have been looking for a recipe to make my own mix. I tried one from cooks.com and it was nasty, not sweet or very rich. Any know of a good one? I am looking to make a powder mix.

I just mix some cocoa I got from Trader Joes w/ some sugar.
I mix a little with just a little milk, heat that and stir to dissolve. Then I fill up mug w/ milk and heat it again.

I miss Trader Joes! I have some plain cocoa and mixed it according to a recipe on cooks.com with sugar, powdered milk, and coffee creamer powder and it was nasty! I could try cocoa with just sugar and milk, I was just looking for something all together.

Try vanilla sugar... put a vanilla bean in a jar of sugar. Mix some of that with the cocoa Mmmmm
