Hey, Kim, question for ya....kinda just "out of the blue yonder" lol! You are a part of a bf support group; just wondering if you've tried anything for increasing milk supply? I am needing help on this!

132 oz a day of any kind of water based beverage. Iced tea and the like don't work as well, but propel/crystal light in water works great. I despise water do I drank Propel Berry packets. I'd put 18 oz of water in my "birthing cup" and then add one packet of powder. Drink through a straw as much as I could and then set the timer for 45 min. and finish the rest before it went off. Just keep doing that.
