I'm in Fort Dodge, Iowa. About 1.5 hours from Des Moines. We moved here a year ago from St Louis and love it.

We moved to Iowa in January. We are about 10 miles away from Centerville in southern IA

Anyone near by? I would love to make some local friends.

Fareway is a great grocery store! I <3 DSM! Some nice small towns to look at are Norwalk, Adel, Polk City, Ames, Bondurant, Madrid, and Boone. Dsm does have crime and drugs, but not any worse than any city its size.
