I used to use flavored creamers - whatever looked good in the store. My latest favorite was chocolate mint truffle.. yum!

BUT, I just recently started using milk and a little splenda

creamer & sugar daily mornings(i cant function w/o my coffee)
correcto if i need a pick me up in the afternoons or on the weekends
i use a stove top espresso pot so it yeilds two espresso or one lovely double

I usually use the fat-free french vanilla creamer, whichever brand is cheapest at the time. If I get a coffee at Starbucks or a coffee house I get a non-fat mocha w/ an extra shot and no w/c. I've been trying to just drink tea lately though to cut back on calories and caffeine but I keep craving a nice cup of coffee! LOL

I love my coffee black and that's how I drank it for many years. But recently I have been concerned about calcium and have putting in some milk.
