Does anyone have an office/dining room combo?

I'd offer mine, but you probably want one that functions as both, not one that's just supposed to be both Man do I need to declutter in here!

Re: Does anyone have an office/dining room combo?

i am considering moving our "office" to our dining room. right now we have the desk in the spare bedroom, but w/ baby #2 on the way, im tossing around turning the spare room into a bedroom for one of the kids. im leaning more towards having both children share the same room for a while though. i LOVE my spare bedroom/office. i really like to focus on my paperwork and not have to hear the tv while dh is watching it of an evening. and if we move the desk to the dining room, i will hear everything. i spent quite a bit of time decorating it and it is so relaxing. i sometimes take naps in the bed.

BUT, i will say that we have one of those desks that closes up so you cant see all the paperwork. looks kind of like an armoir when all closed up. no way would i consider putting a desk in our dining room if i couldnt hide all my mess!
