Talk to me about BIBS...

Okay, my DD is almost 8 months old and she just started solids.

She occasionally lets us feed her pureed food with a spoon, but is much more interested in finger foods. Problem is that I have a terrible OCD about stray food. It totally grosses me out

I need to get an awesome bib. One with a pocket. Tell me what your favorite is

My ds rips all his velcro bibs off. Just keep that in mind as you shop. HTHs!

I'm afraid that will be an issue for us too

Right now all I have are some pull-over style cloth bibs (that she stretches the necks on during attempts to take them off.) We had some velcro waterproof bibs but they won't go around her *extra-lovable* neck rolls

Bumkins with the arms are good. I liked the regular Bumkins ones with my first two kids, but my third is also one who rips her velcro ones off.
My MIL found some at Meijers that have snaps and a pocket. I've only had it a little while but like it. It's made by Dexbaby (no I hadn't heard of this brand either).

I like the Meijer ones with the pocket that unsnaps. I also found them once at Wal-mart. Wal-mart sells them as their own brand, but they are made by Dex. Amazon also has them http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS.../chrisficti-20

They can go in the washing machine, too.

Wow! Those things are awesome. When I first clicked the link and saw the pic I thought it was a joke ( )

But those are super neat-- and really reasonably priced, too!

Do they have a pocket on them anywhere?

I saw some like that at my local Wal-mart. I held off on buying it because I have a phobia of wasting my money ( seriously, though )

Do they hold up well? Pretty good in the wash?
