Re: Does your high chair fit in your kitchen?

we had one but quit using it at 15 months when my boy kept climbing out of it. Thank goodness it was borrowed.

now we use a chair that straps to the dining room chair. I'd use that anytime over a highchair!

Re: Does your high chair fit in your kitchen?

I hated the bulk of our highchair, so I moved it to Grandma and Grandpa's and bought one that hooks onto the table/counter/etc. I was concerned about it at first, and even propped up pillows underneath it the first few times my LO was in it but it's super great and takes up so little room!

I bought mine from Ikea. It's small enough to squeeze in just about anywhere (but also comfortable for my little man). The best part, imo, is that the legs come off easily so we can throw it in the trunk of the car and take it with us.

Re: Does your high chair fit in your kitchen?

We had to renovate our kitchen and take down a wall because a high chair wouldn't fit. Okay, that wasn't the only reason, but it was one of the reasons.

Re: Does your high chair fit in your kitchen?

We have one of the chicco polly ones too- and the base is so much wider than the other high chairs we have... but it was the ONLY one I could find that had the 5pt harness, the adjustable height, the recline, AND the adjustable leg rest... so my DD with CP sits in it great.... though when we get her new high/low base for her wheelchair it will have to go bye bye because I HATE how wide the base is.

Yes it fits in my kitchen though. I have a lot of floor space in there! Not that she needs it in there though hehe (tube fed)
