I try to remember that everyone was new at once but when I was new, I would never have thought to ask someone to hold something or be negotiating prices. If I were you and depending on how quickly you want this sold, I would tell her that if they are not sold by Monday at the price they are going for then she can have them for the price she is asking, or you can negotiate a middle of the road price b/t the two.

I just put them up this morning. That is basically what we worked out. She initially tried $35. I wouldn't even have notice she was new until I was debating giving her my word to hold them. I just didn't want to hold, have someone possibly offer, and then her flake out (not that she would necessarily). I just try to be fair. I do want them gone but the shipping is a huge chunk, especially for $35. Thanks for your input.

Ok, well, i was going to try to catch up but most of today's chatter has been about wool

So I give up on catching up

mostly because i don't want to end up enabled.

Once again, i can only pop in for a minute. The only place i can get online in this hotel suite is kinda tucked into a corner and DH wants to hang out with me, not listen to the clicking laptop keys

I have another story, though! DH got an escort pass to get through security to meet me and X at the gate in the airport. When we stepped off, he hugged me and went to scoop X out of his carseat. He said "

i think he needs to be changed." i handed DH a sposie and told him to take X in the men's room and change him. Like 5 minutes later, i was wondering where they were

A few minutes after that, they appeared. DH said "I could not remember how to put a 'sposie on!" I was

first of all, because he actually said "'sposie"

and second because he is sooooooooooo cloth-trained!! Apparently, a guy in the bathroom helped remind him how to put the sposie on, and DH told the guy all about cloth and how much he loves them, how good they are for the baby, etc, etc. When we got back to the room, DH thought X was stinky again, but there was no poop this time either! He then said "Can we use the cloth diapers now? i can't stand these, they smell like wet plastic!"

my DH! Always did, but he has such a mind of his own on so many issues, and for him to convert completely to my side of an argument is really something! On the other hand, it's not like he has to do the laundry so i guess it's easy to love cloth from that perspective
