Can someone walk me through how I leave feedback on the iTrader after I've bought something? Thanks!

In one of that user's posts or in their PM to you, they should have a link to "Ratings" or "Feedback" under their name. Either link will take you to the same place. Then there will be a link to "Leave FB for ________" and you click that, then fill out the form, and you're done.
