Anyone ever tried Kissaluv 0's and Thirsties Fab fitteds size xs?

Which did you like better?
and why?

Which fit longer?
Which seemed more absorbent?

I thought that the thirsties were softer and more trim. Also, the thirsties covers are the best ever! I think that they are about the same as absorption goes. I think that the thirsties fit us longer, but I don't really remember... the Thirsties have velcro, so I think they might fit longer, but our DD was a super soaker, so I was adding doublers, and then switched her to pockets before she outgrew them. DD just now, at 5 months, is over 12 pounds, so who knows how long they would have fit her!

I've heard that Thirsties run bigger than KL0's. I'm guessing this baby will be smaller like DD, so I got KL0's.

I didn't like the kl0's at all and was really glad that 1 only got 1 to start with. I was pretty happy all around with the TFF.

Thirsties for us. And I actually like the Happy Heiny's Sherpa Fitteds which are very similar to the Kissaluvs but more absorbant IMO.

For baby we will be using Sbish, Thirsties and HH Sherpa, along with prefolds and a few left overs from DD.

I can't stand how the KL's wash up. Mine were always crunchy. For this baby I got a bunch of TFF, they're so soft!! Plus, I love the Thirsty's covers. When the new baby outgrows the TFF I'll transition over to our pocket stash DD used.

LOVE the TFF on Ruby, i have so many WAHM diapers that are great but i REALLY wish i would have gotten more thirsties XS
ETA: she was 6.10 at birth

Well i havn't tried the tff on a newborn before- i have 2 in size med for my current dd and i do like them. I used the klo's and i actually really liked them- they fit the moment dd was born (7.7oz) until about 12-13 lbs ( about 2 months maybe longer) . Mine don't wash crunchy at all- they are still soft even though they are now 3 years old. I think that compared to some of the other nb dipes i have they are way thicker/more absorbant. I change my babies everytime they wet so i never worried about how absorbant they are but besides the bububebe they are the thickest dipes in our nb stash. They also never ever leaked bf poo- they hold it like the hoover dam and we never had a single blowout with them. So i really liked them, the only thing i'm doing different with them this time is putting fleece liners in to keep the baby dry.
