I love the name, it's beautiful. I don't really understand the something being too ethnic mentality so I can't really put in there.

I love it too!

My ds has a Hawaiian name(but apparently it is also Blackfoot), and his name is Nakoa. His nickname is Koa.

Sometimes people will ask us the origin and if we are Hawaiian...but we just laugh and say no

It is a pretty name I wanted to use it for my dd's middle name but dh didn't like the flow of it-but I would go for it Mama!

shoot that is a sweet girlie name! Addy was 'made' in Hawaii and we looked allover for a Hawaiian name that wasn't too long - I love that one!

I love it! I actually went to school with a Maleah pronounced Ma-Leah. It was very unique and pretty...she was not "ethnic".

awww! ours was "made" in Hawaii, too! and I think Hawaiian names are SOOO pretty. That being said, I don't think Kaleah sounds very hawaiian??, but that's just my opinion! and I LOVE the name! Kah-Lee-ah is how I thought it was pronounced before you mentioned it. oh, and I'm partial to the K, rather than spelling it with a C. But that's just me again!

USE IT!! It's gorgeous!
