Re: B2B - Back to Basics Monday

Cheryl...another cute one.

Okay, I think I missed the rake story. Does anybody remember where it is so I can catch up with it.

Gotta go finish putting the girls to bed.

Later

WOTB: Dk Br GMD w/ LL preemie for doubler & MEAF cover...all tucked into bed. Rest of diapers are in the washer.

I don't know if I can wait until Wednesday for my LL premiums

I go, or I guess went since I don't go any more, to the beauty supply because I need the stronger developer and I have to use the equivalent of 2-3 boxes of home stuff anyway (and take forever to process) because my hair is as thick as twine. The kind of hair that makes you have to sharpen your scissors after you cut my hair . As more gray comes in I'm sure it will be even harder to get the color to take. As you can guess that's the main reason I did a lot of it myself for so long, because I felt bad for the hairdresser because I typically would take up two appointments and twice or more the supplies. That and I am cheap , and since my beautician grandma taught me everything mom and sister and I always did each other's perms and color.

I used henna on my hair and it was awesome. It was a bit messy, but it was so relaxing and the color was amazing. I used body quality henna. See below for the link with info on how to do it and how to do other colors besides red. I heard of it on thebabywearer.com Lots of mamas over there did it and it was a hot topic for a while.

Aww, gotcha Cheryl. Can't believe you stuck with it and really left it there.

I've never died my hair.

I sold my fitteds! Now I just need someone to buy the one AIO I have left and the soaker I've got made from extra wool - and I won't have anything on FSOT.

Re: B2B - Back to Basics Monday

Supper has been cooked and eaten, dishes loaded in the dishwasher, and E's in bed. Sadly, DP won't be home for another 45 minutes and our friend is still working (he's here for the week but still working, and on west coast time to boot), so I'm kinda by myself. Yeah, I should probably be cleaning something, but gosh darn it I just don't want to. Anything that isn't done now can surely wait until tomorrow.

WOTB: BedBug under a Floaker and fleece longies.

That's great! I always find it stressful when I have things that are taking a long time to sell, especially if I have something else I want to buy.

I thought of you today. I don't know how you WAHMs get your stock made to sell, I can't seem to find enough time to make one diaper in one day. That stinks you have the flu. Ugh.
