Doctor/hospital stats?

Does anyone know of a good way to get stats on a hospital or doctor?

We are new to the area, and had our first ob appt. yesterday, and the doc offered me a c-section straight up (she claims, because I tore so badly with my first son, that she always offers it to moms that had 3rd or 4th degree tears).

I was like, uhm, NO.

Other than that, she seems really nice, but I don't want to continue to go there if she is too c-section-happy. So... I'm wondering if anyone knows a way of determining how many c-secs a doc does per deliveries.
