My only complaint! I find just about ALL high quality cookware to be extremely heavy! Its like getting a workout in the kitchen

Yup, LOVE my pampered Chef professional and executive sets..DH bought me the first set then the "Executive" came out and he bought them for me too!

For cookie sheets I use the Pampered Chef Bar Pan (Stoneware) I saw they came out with an actual sheet though that I will have to get.

O,for cake pans...Once again Pampered Chef

Love my Le Creuset I have enjoyed my Calphalon, but am now concerned about the non-stick and what it might be sending into my food....so I think I'll get a cast-iron skillet, and some more Le Creuset or All Clad?

Cast iron, I love all of mine and use it daily. I have Wagner Cast iron that was handed down from my dad and his family to me plus I have a Le Creuset that my sister got me.
I never use non-stick anymore and truly use my cast iron to do everything from boiling water to soups to frying to making pancakes. I love that I can stick it in the oven too and it lasts forever!
