I use Lodge cast iron for almost everything They are super easy to use, completly nonstick and made in the USA For baking I use either glass, for bread, corning wear or vintage pyrex( love these!!!!!) For cookies/pizza I use regular sheets but use parchment paper. I like the idea of not having little bits of teflon in my family food

I have had my wolfgang puck SP? for a few years and they still look brand new. they cook very evenly and are solid pieces of cookwear. they are definately heavier than my former pices but much better quality. i assume I will still have them many years from now. i highly recommend them!!

Re: pots and pans -your favorite?

cast iron, stainless, and glass is all i use and have for YEARS. my stainless was super duper cheap at walmart, like $15 for 4 pots w/ glass lids.

I'm gonna get a whole cast iron set (including pots!!! all i have now are skillets and a grill/griddle) for my bday, cant wait!!! wont need most any of my stainless anymore

I haven't found any pots and pans that I love, to be honest but for baking I love my baking stone and my Home and Garden Party Pottery. The clean up is nice and easy.

Re: pots and pans -your favorite?

I have Saladmaster stainless steel. It is awesome. I paid a lot of money for it, but it does have a lifetime warranty.

I've had cheap pots and pans and none of them cook like this high quality stainless steel. And it washes up so beautifully... I have an electric skillet that can be submerged in the sink.

The pots can also be used for food storage since the lid develops a vacuum seal.

I don't regret the money I spent on it.

If you buy a good brand of non-stick, it wont flake. I have Calphalon.

I love Sam's Club pans and silicone bakeware. I have also found great pans at terrific prices at restaunt supply stores. These are professional pans that are ment to be used all day everyday so will last a very long time.
